Grown by smallholder farmers in the high-altitude hills of West Arsi, this washed coffee comes from the Mewa Nensebo Washing Station. We call it "Arsi Dew" because of the heavy morning mists that blanket the farms. This cool weather slows down the ripening process, which is exactly what gives the coffee its bright, crisp citrus notes, delicate florals, and clean, tea-like finish.
