FAQ | Smitten Coffee

Goods and Service Tax (GST) of 9% are included in the prices. Our GST registration number is 201230549G.

Smitten ships within Singapore via courier services which allows online tracking. A $4.20 delivery fee applies for all orders.
For international customers, we do ship internationally to some countries. Please direct enquiry to hello@smittencoffee.com and we will be able to quote you shipping separately.
All purchases made will be shipped out within (5) working days from date of ordering.
For bigger machinery equipments, we prefer liaising with you directly for shipping arrangements.

Coffee beans, tea leaves and books sold are not covered under our warranty.
All other merchandises are covered by a (1) year warranty for manufacturing faults/defects only. Warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, and cosmetic damages that does not affect the functionality of the product.

Coffee beans sold are non-refundable. All products are inspected and checked for proper condition before shipping. Product(s) delivered are only entitled to a one on one exchange in the case of serious manufacturer faults/defects.
