Colombia Anaya Ombligon (48H Fermentation)
This coffee is a funky fruit bomb. The Ombligon is a rare varietal quite unique to the Huila region in Colombia. In Spanish, the name Ombligon means belly button, which is presumably named after the shape of the bean. The coffee is fermented for 48 hours in fruit mossto which give the coffee all the fruity tones.
