Ethiopia Kelloo Haru #2 (Seasonal Single Origin Espresso)
Haru is a small family-owned farm and washing station in Yirgacheffe. It showcases the very unique potential of farming at scale in Ethiopia, and of producers who own the means to process coffee. The family process their own coffee and also buy and process cherries from 453 local farmers. They live in Yirgacheffe town and we started working together in 2019.
This washed Ethiopia makes a refreshing single origin espresso that gives notes of bergamot, lemon and black tea in a black coffee, and lavender milk in white coffee.
