Pricing
- All prices listed are in Singapore Dollars .
- Goods and Service Tax (GST) of 7% are included in the prices. Our GST registration number is 201230549G.
Shipping
- Smitten ships within Singapore via courier services which allows online tracking. A $2 delivery fee applies for all orders.
- For International shipping, please direct enquiry to hello@smittencoffee.com.
- All purchases made will be delivered within (5) working days from date of ordering.
- For bigger machinery equipments, we prefer liaising with you directly for shipping arrangements.
Coffee Subscription
- Q: Can I cancel my subscription any time?
Yes, absolutely! There is no penalty for cancelling any time. However, our subscription is powered by Paypal, which charges an administrative fee for every transaction. As such, we regret that we will not be able to refund that portion of the fees. Therefore, the amount you get back will be after deducting the relevant fees that were charged.
- Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
If you have a Paypal account, you can login to your Recurring Payments and cancel the subscription. If you do not have a Paypal account, please contact us directly so we can assist you on this. - Q: Do I automatically get a refund if I cancel?
No, you do not. Cancelling your subscription just ensures that it will no longer renew and you will no longer be charged. If you require a refund, please email us directly. We seek your understanding that we will not be able to issue a refund for coffee that has already been sent out (we send out your subscription every first week of the month). - Q: How would I receive my refund?
You should receive an email confirmation if the refund is successful. The refund will be reflected in the credit card you used between 5-7 working days. - Q: Can I specify the coffee I get?
We currently offer this option only for our espresso subscription, whereby you can choose between our Thumper or BBX Signature Blends. For all other plans, you will not be able to choose what coffee you get. But we promise to keep things exciting for you by sending a different one every month! - Q: Can I subscribe to bigger amounts of coffee than what you currently offer?
Totally! We have bigger bag sizes of 1kg and 2.5kg and also offer wholesale discounts for cafes and companies. Do get in touch with us via our contact form or hello@smittencoffee.com and we'll be happy to propose something for you!
Warranty
- Coffee beans, tea leaves and books sold are not covered under our warranty.
- All merchandises are covered by a (1) year warranty for manufacturing faults/defects only. Warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, and cosmetic damages that does not affect the functionality of the product.
Return Policy
- Coffee beans and tea leaves sold are non-refundable. All products are inspected and checked for proper condition before shipping. Product(s) delivered are only entitled to a one on one exchange in the case of serious manufacturer faults/defects. Please contact us at hello@smittencoffee.com and we will do our best to assist in providing a solution.

- Smitten Coffee Roasters does not use your personal information for anything other than providing service to you. The information we gather from customers enables us to personalise and improve our services.
- We will never share your personal information with third parties without your consent. We do not and will not, sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
